Instructions for Copying Power Point Shows to the zip disk

1. You will need to copy your All About Me Power Poing show on to the zip disk with the blue label that says Power Point Shows:
   
   
2. After you put the disk in your zip drive, you will need to double click on my computer and find your directory on the D drive. For instructions on copying disks, go to Copying Insturctions, etc.
   
   
3. Creat your directory under the directory for your class, either tech1 or tech2.
   
   
4. Highlight all your Files that are in your directory on your computer's D drive, Right Click, and Drag your files into your directory on the Zip disk, (also called the Removable Disk).
   
   
5. Once you have copied your files onto the zip disk, pass the disk on to the next person.
