Question for your Pollution and the Environment essay:
There has been a great deal of interest in our environment lately. Many articles have been written about issues such as global warming, renewable energy, alternative energy, climate changes due to carbon dioxide pollution as well as health risks, and flooding of our coastlines due to global warming. Areas of concern include water pollution, air pollution, and health hazards caused by various chemicals that can cause cancer and other heatlh problems such as asthma.
Please write an essay about the issues that I have just outlined. Start with a thesis statement-description of your topic. Please use suporting facts and information. You may ONLY use your notes that you took from the movie we saw, An Inconvenient Truth. If you did not take any notes you will have to write your essay from what you remember from the movie and what you remember from hearing about pollution on the news and from what you may have previously studied in other classes and grades.
Your essay must be at least 2 pages long.
